Bio


Among his credentials as a CSP, Certified Speaking Professional, broadcaster, and businessman, Wayne Messmer is the voice most associated with our National Anthem in Chicago. His spirited rendition has become a fixture with the Chicago Cubs, Chicago Wolves, and formerly, with the Chicago Blackhawks. He is the author of the book, “The Voice of Victory”, an autobiographical account of his personal triumph over adversity and his comeback from a senseless act of violence in which he was shot in the throat during an armed robbery. His message of hope and forgiveness has served as an inspiration to audiences across the country.

His focus as a financial professional is to work closely with individuals to assure the finest personal service and the highest level of guidance. Wayne holds an undergraduate degree in music education as well as a Master’s Degree and a Ph.D. in Psychology. He lives with his wife, Kathleen, in Glenview, IL. The Messmers have two daughters, three granddaughters, and a grandson.
